1-Tom-Plumber was founded by Rocky Hensley, a lifelong entrepreneur who has built and scaled more than a dozen successful businesses across multiple industries, including restoration and home services.
Rocky didn't start 1-Tom-Plumber to create another plumbing company. He saw a gap in the industry, inconsistent service, outdated branding, and a lack of professionalism in a trade that families depend on every day.

Together with his son, Kameron Hensley, Rocky set out to build something bigger than plumbing.
